We are hiring for a strategic sales role for the Mobile Handset Industry.

Base location - Delhi NCR (HO)

Qualifications:

Education - MBA / PGDBM preferred

Work Experience:

- 10+ years of proven experience in the Mobile Handset / Telecom Industry.

- Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership or management role with demonstrated success in strategic sales execution and team leadership

- Experience in developing sales channels across the North Zone & East/ West Zone of India will be preferred.

Sales Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational revenue targets.

- Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with company objectives, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.

- Identify new business opportunities and growth channels to strengthen market presence and maximize profitability.

- Ensure effective execution of sales strategies across all regions and business verticals.

Leadership & Team Management

- Provide strategic leadership to the sales function by setting clear goals, performance expectations, and operational direction.

- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams across multiple regions to ensure consistent target achievement.

- Monitor team productivity, sales activities, and reporting systems to optimize efficiency and improve business outcomes.

- Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Sales Process Management:

- Design, strengthen, and optimize sales processes for partner onboarding, activation, retention, and business expansion.

- Drive the complete sales funnel management from lead generation to closure and long-term partner relationship management.

- Ensure smooth execution of partner engagement strategies for sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

- Standardize sales operations and reporting mechanisms for improved decision-making and business visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with internal departments including marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

- Ensure the highest level of partner satisfaction through strong coordination and service delivery.

- Work with key stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and strengthen partner management processes.

Market Intelligence & Expansion:

- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.

- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management for refining sales and marketing strategies.

- Identify, explore, and strengthen new market regions to increase market penetration and drive company expansion.

- Build strong channel partnerships and improve regional business performance across assigned territories.

- Expertise in analyzing market trends, tracking competitor activities, and providing actionable business insights.

- Proven ability to drive market penetration, identify growth opportunities, and successfully expand into new regions.
