HR Trainee

Base: Mumbai Qualifications - MBA from a Premier Institute (IIM-A,B,C,L, K, I, XLRI, XIMB, TISS and other Tier 1 Institutes only) Early joiners preferred. About the Role: We are seeking a high-performing Strategic HR Projects & Executive Support Specialist to work directly with our CHRO. This is not a conventional EA role-it's a unique blend of strategic HR initiatives, project ownership, HR analytics, and executive support. You will be at the intersection of HR leadership and business strategy, enabling the CHRO to function more effectively through operational leverage, data-driven insights, and impactful execution support. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a thought partner and operational arm to the CHRO for both day-to-day priorities and long-term strategic initiatives. - Contribute to HR analytics, data storytelling, and actionable dashboards to support workforce planning, engagement, and organizational decisions. - Collaborate on strategic HR projects, HR transformation programs, and change management efforts. - Prepare and review presentations, leadership decks, HR reports, and communication material with high accuracy and polish. - Manage leadership calendars across global time zones, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. - Participate in leadership meetings: own agenda planning, capture action points, and drive post-meeting execution. - Handle confidential matters and communications with utmost discretion and professionalism. - Assist in benchmarking studies, talent strategy reviews, and special projects as assigned. What You Bring: - MBA (HR/related) from Tier 1/Premier Institutes. - 1-4 years' experience in executive support, strategy, HR analytics, or PMO roles within HR or business functions. - Strong command over data analysis, reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and HR metrics. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Proactive and resourceful mindset with a high degree of ownership. - Ability to operate under pressure, manage ambiguity, and maintain confidentiality.
