
Position: Strategic Alliance Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard strategic partners across private banks, wealth firms, and IFAs.
- Drive AIF and PMS sales through alliance channels to meet AUM targets.
- Maintain strong senior-level relationships with key distribution partners.
- Conduct product presentations, training, and joint calls with partners.
- Develop account-wise business plans and monitor performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless partner engagement and execution.
- Track market trends, competition, and regulatory developments in alternates.
- Ensure regular reporting and MIS updates for internal stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of AIF/PMS products, structures, and compliance.
- Proven experience in wealth/asset management sales or alliances.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to drive revenue targets with strategic thinking and execution.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities with performance orientation.
- High self-motivation with ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance/Marketing), CA, or CFA preferred.
- NISM Series XXI-A: Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Distributors Certification Examination is a mandatory
- 5-12 years in financial services, preferably in alternates sales or alliances.
