We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Accounts Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth across APAC and MENA markets.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in IT Sales, MarTech Solutions, or Advertising/Demand Generation environments, with a proven track record of acquiring high-value clients and managing strategic accounts across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.

- Drive new business acquisition, targeting high-potential clients in US, EMEA, and APAC regions.

- Develop tailored value propositions and proposals that align with client needs and business objectives.

- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in key accounts.

- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client relationships.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.

- Track sales pipeline, account activity, and performance metrics using CRM tools (e., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in IT, MarTech, and advertising.

- Represent the company in client meetings, virtual demos, and strategic discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.

- 4+ years of experience in strategic account management and enterprise sales.

- Proven expertise in IT Sales, MarTech Sales, or within an Advertising Agency / Demand Generation environment.

- Demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and expanding strategic accounts across US, EMEA, or APAC markets.

- Strong understanding of sales cycles, consultative selling, and enterprise decision-making processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Proficiency with sales CRM tools and business communication platforms
