Are you a dynamic and experienced sales professional ready to take full ownership of a high-potential market? We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage some of our most strategic and biggest clients. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of the company's most strategic and high-value clients (Key Accounts).

You will serve as the primary point of contact, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and the expansion of the business relationship through upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate acts as a trusted advisor and internal advocate for the client, ensuring their needs are met by coordinating across all relevant internal departments.

Candidate Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of proven work experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role, preferably in the IT Services industry managing key accounts in the Conglomerates or BFSI space.

- Experience or strong knowledge in technology sales, especially around Cloud, Data, and AI solutions.

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan development to close, including strong negotiation skills.

- In-depth understanding of key account management principles and value-based selling.

- Strong business acumen with an ability to understand complex client business models and challenges.

- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and report on sales performance.
