We're hiring a foundational sales leader to drive the adoption of our AI-powered career platform in Higher Education.

About Us:

We are a fast-growing Cloud-based EdTech company leveraging AI and data analytics to transform student employability.

We provide universities with dashboards to assess student skills and use AI to match and place graduates globally.

The Opportunity:

- You will be the primary point of contact for universities, focused on closing key institutional contracts and establishing the processes for future team growth.

- This is a high-impact, consultative sales role with a clear path to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Acquisition & Execution.

- Own the full sales lifecycle: from initial outreach to contract signing for multi-year institutional agreements.

- Craft customized proposals and presentations clearly articulating the ROI of our AI platform (improved graduate outcomes).

- Lead complex contract negotiations with university stakeholders.

- Stakeholder Navigation.

- Identify and engage the "right persons" ( Provosts, Deans, Placement Directors) to secure comprehensive buy-in.

- Refine the core messaging to address the unique pain points of each stakeholder group (skill assessment for Deans, placement data for Career Services).

- Become a trusted advisor on EdTech and student employability strategy.

- Strategic Growth - Gather critical market feedback to inform our product roadmap.

- Build and document a replicable sales playbook that will support the team you potentially lead.

- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience.

- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years selling SaaS/Tech directly into the Higher Education market.

- Proven track record of hitting sales quotas in a long-cycle, consultative environment.

- Ability to clearly articulate the value of AI, data analytics, and dashboard reporting to non-technical audiences.

- Expertise in proposal writing and contract negotiation.

- A "builder" mindset-ready to define processes and grow with the company.
