Job Description: Strategic Account Head

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience: 7+ Years

Work Mode: On-site, 5 Days

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly accomplished Strategic Account Head to lead enterprise client relationships and drive regional business growth. This role requires deep expertise in B2B sales, enterprise sales, and strategic account management, with a proven ability to build long-term partnerships, deliver tailored solutions, and consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with exceptional leadership and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the strategic account portfolio, ensuring sustained growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

- Design and execute account strategies to strengthen client partnerships, unlock new revenue streams, and expand market share.

- Drive the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle including prospecting, solution development, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.

- Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders by aligning business solutions to client objectives.

- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing account teams to deliver against sales and service excellence goals.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver customized solutions and measurable client outcomes.

- Provide regular business reviews, pipeline forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.

- Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and client business shifts to inform proactive strategies.

Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B and enterprise sales, with at least 34 years in strategic account leadership roles.

- Demonstrated success in managing high-value enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong background in solution selling, contract negotiations, and executive stakeholder engagement.

- Proven ability to scale client relationships and expand wallet share within existing accounts.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills at senior executive levels.

- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced business reporting tools.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
