Job Description: Account Executive (AE) / Major AE/ Strategic AE

About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic Account Executives with 3-10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales to accelerate revenue growth across the APMEA and USA markets. This is an individual contributor role focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong hunter mindset, proven expertise in consultative and solution-based selling, and the ability to close high-value, complex deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure-with a focus on high-value enterprise accounts.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert mid-market and enterprise clients within the supply chain and logistics technology space.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, VPs, and Directors.
- Territory & Pipeline Development: Create and execute strategic territory plans to ensure consistent pipeline growth and revenue achievement.
- Consultative Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points and position our SaaS solutions as the optimal fit to address their business challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams to optimize lead generation, deal conversion, and post-sales satisfaction.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data, ensure pipeline hygiene, and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
- Market Growth: Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to expand the company's footprint across the APMEA and USA markets.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within CRM, ERP, Supply Chain, or Logistics SaaS domains.
- Demonstrated success in hunting and closing mid-market and enterprise-level deals.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing regional sales strategies for APMEA/USA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in territory planning, outbound prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment is an advantage.
