Role Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales and expand sales opportunities beyond walk-ins including projects, collaborations, architects, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and team leadership experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Kochi showroom
- Drive showroom sales and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met
- Identify and secure new project-based sales opportunities outside the showroom (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients
- Oversee the sales team, provide guidance, and ensure performance standards are met
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Track and report sales performance, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and service delivery
Requirements:
- MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 57 years of proven experience in sales development or sales management, preferably in high-end retail, interiors, or home solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and sales operations
- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Kerala
- Effective team management and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales
