Location - Pandhurna , MP Job Responsibilities : - Oversee day-to-day operations - maintain and improve mechanisms for manufacturing and all organisation activities, including surveying and measuring the manufacturing operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities. - Design strategy and set goals for growth, Participate in technical/process improvement projects to meet current & future need of the plant. - To drive cost optimization for the plant Maintain budgets and optimize expenses - Monitoring with teams & helps to improve processes, boost profitability, and evaluate the effectiveness of machines. - Improving Quality and Efficiency (Eliminate All Waste) Manufacturing Engineering. - To initiate productivity improvement in the plant using world class manufacturing techniques - Develop technical competence of team members to build production team capable of meeting business demand. - People management (Manage staff according to company standards (appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc). - Plan safety and ISO standards training to various target groups at the site. - coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met - set an example for team members of commitment, manufacturing process expertise, work ethics and habits and personal character.
