Store Manager - MBO/EBO Retail

Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Store Manager at a Luxury MBO/EBO Retail store located in New Delhi.

- The Senior Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage store staff, and drive sales goals.

- Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring compliance with retail loss prevention practices, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.

- The role will also involve periodic reporting, training staff, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in Store Management and experience in luxury retail operations.

- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to meet and exceed customer expectations.

- Exceptional Communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.

- Understanding and expertise in Retail Loss Prevention strategies and implementation.

- Proven leadership abilities, staff training experience, and team management skills.

- Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is an advantage.

- Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting systems is highly preferred.

- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
