Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the organization by providing expert advice on HR strategy, policies, and practices.
- Develop and implement effective employee engagement initiatives to drive high levels of motivation and productivity.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop talent management plans, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in India.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 9-12 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position.
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of corporate HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits administration.
