Job Responsibilities:
- Preferably candidates from Banking, insurance or Telecom Should have handled a team of 8+ people. Experience in franchise or dealer appointment.
- Total of 10 to 12 years experience, of which minimum 6 years relevant in the domains specified above. Handling and growing the SIP business in Andhra Pradesh by improving the Profitability of the state.
- Appoint New Franchisees. Get New Admissions for all Franchisees, Retaining of existing Students. Collection of Royalty and Kit amount along with other Marketing and Franchisee fees.
- Training of Cis; Events handling.. Marketing Tie up with around 50 schools. No of franchisees to be handled Currently 23 centers. Age below 40 years, applications invited from MALE APPLICANTS ONLY.
- The ideal candidate should have a very good communication skill and extensive knowledge of the AP market. The candidate should be willing to travel within the state 10 to 12 days outside city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive SIP business growth in Andhra Pradesh while improving overall state profitability. Manage and support a network of 23+ franchise centers, ensuring strong business performance and operational compliance.
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new franchisees in the assigned region. Support franchisees with student admissions, retention initiatives, and academic/operational coordination. Ensure timely collection of royalties, kit fees, and franchise/marketing fees. Conduct training and development sessions for franchise coordinators (CICs) and staff.
- Manage and support 23+ existing franchise centers, ensuring their business growth and operational alignment. Facilitate onboarding and business activation for newly appointed franchise partners.
- Build a structured support framework covering admissions, retention, training, marketing, and compliance. Revenue & Collections Ensure timely collection of royalty, kit fees, marketing fees, and other franchise-related payments.
- Required Skills & Competencies Strong experience in franchise, channel, or dealer appointment & management. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. High proficiency in business planning, sales operations, and performance monitoring. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
