- Strong execution orientation, with a focus on delivering measurable, outcome-driven results. Prior experience in managing on-field teams to drive business outcomes.
- Proven thought leadership in analyzing market demand signals and crafting long-term strategic initiatives.
- High enthusiasm for technology adoption; comfort with digital tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced data handling and analytical skills-with the ability to dissect customer profiles and extract actionable insights.
- Strong first-principles thinking, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A deep sense of purpose and fire in the belly to create meaningful impact-transforming the lives of Kirana store owners and, through them, millions of consumers.
