Role Overview:

Playing Captain Role:

- The leader will manage an individual business target along with leading a team (Team is already hired)

- Compensation structure includes an Incentive Module.

Non-Playing Captain Role:

- The leader will focus on driving overall team performance and business growth.

- Compensation structure includes a Bonus Module.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture relationships with HNI, UHNI clients, Family Offices, and Corporates.

- Advise clients on investment solutions across Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).

- Deliver customized wealth solutions aligned to clients financial goals and risk appetite.

- Drive AUM growth, net sales, and market share expansion.

- Develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and deeper wallet share.

- Mentor and drive high-performing wealth management teams.
