Job Title : Project Head - Political & NGO.

About the Role:

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Project Head for political and NGO initiatives.

- The Project Head will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

- This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead and oversee political and NGO projects at the state/district level.

- Develop project strategies, action plans, and timelines in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Manage large, cross-functional teams including field staff, MIS coordinators, and volunteers.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, government authorities, community leaders, and partner organizations.

- Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns, community programs, and advocacy initiatives.

- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of reports and outcomes.

- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.

- Manage project budgets, expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.

- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:.

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Sciences, Political Science, or related fields.

- 6-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in NGO, political consulting, or social development sector.

- Proven leadership and team management skills with experience handling large teams.
