Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced State Head to lead the PMS and AIF business across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The role will be responsible for regional business growth, team management, client acquisition and building strong relationships across the wealth ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive PMS and AIF business across UP and Uttarakhand.

- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve AUM, revenue and profitability targets.

- Manage and grow relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, MFDs and IFAs.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strengthen the regional distribution network.

- Lead, manage and mentor the regional team to achieve business objectives.

- Drive AUM growth through new client acquisition, existing client expansion and strategic relationships.

- Build strong relationships with key market stakeholders and enhance the company's presence across the region.

- Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities across PMS, AIF and alternative investments.

- Ensure effective coordination with internal teams including investments, product, operations and compliance.

- Own overall regional performance and ensure achievement of business, revenue and AUM targets.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, PMS, AIF or related financial services.

- Strong understanding of PMS and AIF products and the HNI/UHNI ecosystem.

- Proven experience in team handling and regional business leadership.

- Strong network across Family Offices, Wealth Managers, MFDs and IFAs.

- Strong business development, relationship management and leadership skills.
