Stashfin is looking for a Senior Professional in its Legal team with hands on experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt financing transactions, fundraise, investment, corporate re-structuring, due diligences and other similar transactions. This also involves: - Drafting and negotiation of transaction documents for local and international transactions including term sheets, definitive agreements, BTA, Founders Agreements, sale and purchase agreements, disclosure letters, representations & warranties documents, letters of intent, confidentiality agreements, share subscription and shareholders agreements, debt raising agreements, FDI legal advice. - Drafting/reviewing of non-transactional contracts, customer/vendor contracts, employment agreements, consultancy/advisory agreements and intragroup transactional contracts - Converting business ideas into legal constructs most suitable for commercial needs of the organization and expanding the constructs into comprehensive contracts and agreements keeping in mind commercial and legal risks. - Managing projects effectively with a team-oriented approach while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders - collating/reviewing/finalizing data and inputs on various aspects including, due diligence requirements for fund-raise activities, key issues flagged during prospective fund raising, acquisitions and investments. - Providing legal advice on a diverse range of matters related to Corporate and M&A activities. - B.A./BBA/B.Com LL.B. (Hons.) - Preferably from Law Firm with 7-12years of Experience in managing M&A
