Senior Manager - Risk Reporting & Insights Generation | Risk & Analytics Prior Experience: 4-7 years of prior risk analytics & people leadership experience with proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI (Experience in Banking & Financial sector is a plus, but not mandatory) Academic Background: Engineering, Masters in quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Science related subjects Responsibilities & Key Deliverables: - Manage a team of 4-5 analysts, being actively involved in day-to-day prioritization and performance assessment, ensuring individual as well as team level KRAs are met on time with the highest degree of accuracy - Develop comprehensive MIS which includes various metrics across customer lifecycle (starting from application to collection) both at portfolio as well as appropriate segment level. - Automate reports via appropriate visualization in Power BI to ensure adequate time is spent in drawing insights. Ensure all reports are updated as per their individual SLAs without any error or discrepancy - Reconciliation and standardization of risk metric definitions across the enterprise - Extensive collaboration with various partner teams such as Credit, Finance, Collections across the organization to cater to various enterprise level data exercises
