Responsibilities: - Regular compliance tasks (particularly related to RBI and SEBI) including interpreting guidelines and disseminating, audits, monitoring and testing compliance adherence, Reporting status to Board, etc. - To provide advice to the Company implementation of the 'Guidelines on Digital Lending' prescribed by the RBI, from time to time. - To advise and assist the Company during a regulatory/supervisory inspection conducted by the RBI. - To advise and assist the Company on the regulatory compliance matters during inspection/ audit by any external partner of the Company. - Managing KYC & AML Procedures, Fair Practices, Reporting of Frauds, other regulatory & reporting requirements etc - Liaise with statutory and regulatory authorities in India in responding to inquiries relating to Stashfin's products and operations in India. - Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Program Management, Customer Experience Improvement - Engage with the policy makers and regulators in development of regulatory/compliance framework relevant to the NBFC sector. - Work collaboratively with various internal teams on matters concerning compliance with local laws and regulations. Guide internal teams in development of policies and laying down of processes. Minimum qualifications: - Degree in Accountancy, Law or equivalent practical experience. - 8-12 years of experience building and leading compliance/risk management programs. Preferred qualifications: - Ability to maintain flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of matters from complex matters to the routine standard matters. - Well organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure. - Ability to work independently without a lot of administrative support. - Excellent analytical, advisory, agreement drafting skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional leadership skills.
