About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy HR Technology & Product Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who understands HR operations and has hands-on experience with API integrations, UI/UX improvements, SaaS platforms, testing environments, and live production deployment. You'll act as the bridge between HR, product, and tech teams to optimize internal tools and workflows. Key Responsibilities: API Integrations: - Collaborate with technical teams to integrate HR platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll, etc.) using APIs. - Maintain data consistency and automate workflows across systems. - Document and troubleshoot API-related issues. UI/UX Collaboration: - Work with design and product teams to enhance user experience of HR tools and platforms. - Collect user feedback from HR and employees, analyze usability issues, and support design iteration. Software & SaaS Usability: - Evaluate and recommend HR-related SaaS solutions (e.g., performance management, employee engagement, learning tools). - Manage vendor relationships and coordinate onboarding of new tools. - Conduct usability testing and provide training to HR teams. Product Testing in Staging Environments: - Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for HR products and feature rollouts. - Log and report bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks. - Validate functionality and ensure alignment with HR needs. Product Deployment: - Partner with IT/product teams to deploy updates and tools from test to production environments. - Develop rollout plans and user documentation for new releases. - Monitor post-deployment performance and escalate issues as needed.
