Key Responsibilities: Secretarial Obligations : - Serve as the Company Secretary of Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited (NBFC registered with RBI). - Perform all secretarial obligations as applicable under regulations (RBI, Companies Act, SEBI, IRDA, etc.). - Ensure timely and accurate filing of all regulatory forms / returns - Conduct all statutory committees for the company (Board meeting, AGM, etc.) including but not limited to preparing Agenda, Minutes and operational conduct of meeting. - Ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and applicable regulations (RBI, Companies Act, etc.). - Support stakeholders with all required documentation as required from secretarial office e.g. Board resolutions, etc. - Provide guidance and work closely with other departments to ensure internal controls, process improvements, and best practices. - Prepare clear and concise findings and recommendations , under secretarial framework, for management review and recommendation. - Act and operate secretarial office with utmost professionalism and ensure corporate governance.
