Star has a significant play in this business with 9 distinct channels. Star Gold its flagship channel, has had an aggressive streak of acquisitions &amp; is India's destination for the biggest Bollywood blockbusters.&nbsp; - The second Hindi movies channel is Movies OK, which has seen tremendous rise from launch in 2012 to close to entering in top 4 club. Star Utsav Movies is the 3rd channel in the portfolio which targets Rural India &amp; remains one of the most successfully channel launches in the rural space. The portfolio grew larger with the launch of Star Gold Select in 2016 which is now established as the go-to destination for urban, affluent audiences. And with Disney's acquisition of FOX, the latest addition to the portfolio are the 3 Disney channels i.e. UTV Movies, UTV Action &amp; UTV HD making us the No. 1 Hindi Movie portfolio in the country &amp; growing. PERFORMANCE MEASURES: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Planning &amp; scheduling the monthly movie grids for the channels in the Hindi Movie Cluster - Ensuring that the fpcs are compliant with all internal policies &amp; regulars of STAR. - Making sure all fpcs are released within timelines with no margin of error. - Keeping track of license periods, syndicated tittles &amp; utilized runs to maximize the potential of the available library. - Coordinating with internal stakeholders - Operations: Ensuring all material for on-air telecast are in the system and are clear for telecast. Legal: Ensuring all movies/promotions scheduled are legally cleared &amp; new acquisitions are known and planned. Syndication: Coordinating with the commercial team and providing valid &amp; cleared windows for movies for outside network channels without clashes with internal schedules. Coordinating with channel stakeholders within the network &amp; providing cleared windows for movies for without clashes with internal schedules. Traffic &amp; Presentation: Coordinating with the T&amp;P teams to ensure all programing plans are executed as per guidelines set within the team. - Providing a comprehensive execution plan for on air promotions - Coordinating with the T&amp;P teams to ensure all promotion plans are executed as per guidelines set within the team. - Score on unaided / aided awareness of the campaign - Show/s viewership in terms of reach - Innovative promos/ideas per show/campaign - Feedback from internal and external customers QUALIFICATION : - Bachelor's degree/PG, Preferably in Mass Media - Up to 2 years of experience in television media / Movie channel (not mandatory) KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :&nbsp; - Should have basic computer skills. - Should possess basic knowledge of Excel/Powerpoint - Should be aware of current/old Hindi movie trends &amp; be passionate about Hindi movies PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :&nbsp; - Willingness to learn new systems &amp; softwares - Should have a positive attitude - Must be ambitious - Needs to have an analytical bent of mind - Must be meticulous - Planning on- air promotions, evaluating key tent-poles &amp; assigning priority to titles so as to draw maximum viewers to the channel. - Coordinating with the Marketing &amp; Research teams to ascertain a sound promotion plan.
