Job Description:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team member to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits and support team members in deal closures.
- Allocate leads effectively and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Monitor team performance and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Ability to work independently and as well as collaboratively.
- Train and guide team members on sales strategies, project knowledge and customer handling.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitive projects and pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/ Master's degree preferred.
