Role Description

The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales activities at the branch, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Daily tasks include training and supervising sales staff, building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting market research, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

- Experience in team management and leadership

- Strong customer relationship management skills

- Proficient in market research and sales strategy development

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Experience in the electrical industry is required

- master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
