Role Overview:
As part of the PR and Communications team, you will be the voice of brandsbuilding narratives, media relationships, visibility, and reputation.
You will work closely with Founders, Marketing teams, Creative, and Client Servicing to develop communication strategies that resonate and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PR strategies across digital and traditional media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers & media houses.
- Write and publish press releases, articles, thought-leadership pieces & announcements.
- Track media coverage, PR metrics, market trends & competitor visibility.
- Manage crisis communication & reputation risk planning.
- Coordinate interviews, press conferences, events, webinars & PR campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft messaging aligned with brand tone.
- Pitch stories proactively to business, tech, startup, education & regional media.
- Maintain PR calendars, media lists & coverage dashboards.
- Work with social media teams to amplify PR success stories.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional writing & communication skills.
- Strong media network & story-pitching skills.
- High creativity with understanding of news angles and brand storytelling.
- Research & analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PR experience in an advertising/marketing agency or startup environment.
- Prior experience handling corporate reputation, brand campaigns, or CXO profiling.
- Understanding of digital marketing and integrated communications.
