About the Role. Were looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Team Lead who lives and breathes ROI. Someone who can own end-to-end Paid Marketing strategy across Google Ads & Meta Ads, lead a team, deliver measurable growth, and stay ahead of platform trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Own campaign strategy, budgeting, forecasting & performance pacing aligned to business KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rate).
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance dashboards, insights & strategic recommendations.
- Lead & mentor a team of performance executives; review work & ensure best practices.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences & landing pages to maximize results.
- Manage attribution, conversion tracking, analytics integrations & pixel setup.
- Work with design, content & sales teams for campaign alignment.
- Competitor benchmarking & trend research; introduce innovative scaling strategies.
- Manage agency/client communication & upsell opportunities.
Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years managing high-budget Paid Media campaigns.
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax, Shopping).
- Expert experience with Meta Ads Manager (FB/IG), pixel & event optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, GTM, Google Data Studio / Looker.
- Deep understanding of conversion funnels & performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV).
- Ability to manage team of 38 campaign specialists.
- Strong presentation, communication & reporting skills.
