About the Role:


SRV Media is looking for a hungry, sharp and hardworking Associate Growth Consultant who wants to build a career in sales for digital marketing services.


This is not a back-office marketing role this is a front-line, target-driven position where you will learn how to hunt for clients, analyse their digital footprint, and sell solutions that genuinely grow their business.


You will work closely with senior sales and marketing leaders, get exposure to multiple industries, and learn how a high-performance agency wins and retains clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Prospecting & Lead Generation:


- Research and identify potential clients (education, real estate, healthcare, startups, etc.) through LinkedIn, databases, events, references and cold outreach.


- Run cold calls, cold emails, and WhatsApp / LinkedIn outreach to open conversations with decision makers.


- Maintain a healthy daily / weekly activity level (calls, meetings, follow-ups).


Digital Footprint & Gap Analysis:


- Study client websites, social media, SEO presence, reviews and paid ads to understand their current digital footprint.


- Identify gaps and opportunities along the customer journey (awareness, leads, conversions, retention).


Sales Support & Pitching:


- Set up discovery calls and meetings with prospects and senior team members.


- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and basic media plans.


- Join client meetings to understand requirements and support in pitching solutions.


Pipeline & Reporting:


- Log all activities and conversations in CRM / trackers and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.


- Share weekly updates on leads, meetings, proposals sent, and closures in progress.


Learning & Growth:


- Continuously learn about digital marketing services (performance, SEO, social media, branding, automation, etc.


- Shadow senior team members to understand negotiation, objection handling and deal closure.

- Strong Communication Skills Clear spoken and written English & Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).


- Strong convincing skills, ability to handle objections confidently.


Comfortable with Targets & Hustle:


- No fear of cold calling or reaching out to new people.


- Open to aggressive monthly & quarterly targets and ready to chase them.


Qualifications:


- Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream (Marketing, Business, Commerce, Mass Media preferred but not mandatory).


- 0 - 2 years of experience in sales / business development / inside sales / telesales internships also count.


- Basic awareness of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO, etc.) is an advantage, but we will train you.


This Role is Not for You If


- You are looking for a pure back-end marketing / only content / only social media posting role.


- You are uncomfortable with targets, cold calling, or direct selling
