Job Summary:


Are you a go-getter with a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for generating new business? We're looking for a motivated Senior Business Development Manager / Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that expand our client base and engage effectively with business partners. If you have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a demonstrated ability to execute, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- New Business Generation: Lead initiatives to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, driving revenue growth for the company.

- Partner Engagement: Actively engage with potential business partners, building rapport and understanding their needs to propose tailored digital solutions.

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.

- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities for business expansion.

- Proposal & Presentation: Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and pitches that clearly articulate value propositions.

- Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM systems effectively to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on progress.

What We're Looking For:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales and enterprise sales.

- Proven experience in lead generation and email marketing.

- Familiarity with sales terminology and processes, including CRM, SQL (Sales Qualified Leads), MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads), and HQL (Highly Qualified Leads).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think critically, develop strategic plans, and execute effectively.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing or business.
