REFURBISHMENT VERTICAL:

The Refurbishment vertical ensures that every vehicle meets the highest quality standards before reaching customers. This includes mechanical and structural repairs, cosmetic enhancements, and rigorous quality checks. Within this, the Spares vertical focuses on delivering a broad range of services and maintenance solutions, backed by genuine OEM spare parts. This includes periodic maintenance, repairs, spare parts operations, and process innovations that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Our next phase involves building new business lines from the ground up (0 - 1 stage) to expand service offerings beyond traditional after-sales or car care, positioning the Services vertical as a key growth engine for Spinny.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for entrepreneurial, strategic, and execution-focused Program Managers / Senior Program Managers to lead 0-1 journey stage business operations within the Services vertical of the Refurbishment-Spares business. This is a critical role where you will own P&L, strategy, and execution for new service lines, creating scalable, customer-centric solutions and operational frameworks from scratch.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:

Business Building & Strategy

- Conceive, design, and operationalize new service lines within the Services vertical from 0-1 stage.

- Define business models, service portfolios, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

- Own the P&L and define KPIs for growth, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Service Network Development

- Identify, onboard, and manage a nationwide network of service partners and vendors.

- Set SLAs, quality benchmarks, and compliance frameworks.

- Implement performance monitoring, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Operations & Execution

- Build operational processes, tools, and tracking systems for service delivery.

- Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, refurbishment, product, technology, and marketing teams.

- Ensure on-ground execution excellence with a customer-first approach.

Customer Experience & Feedback Loops

- Establish robust customer feedback mechanisms, issue resolution protocols, and turnaround time SLAs.

- Continuously optimize service delivery for speed, quality, and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Graduate/Postgraduate from Tier-1 institutes (MBA / B.Tech preferred).

- PM: 2-5 years (MBA) / 3-6 years (B.Tech)

- SPM: 5-7 years in program management, operations, consulting, category management, or business building roles.

- Proven track record in building and scaling early-stage business operations.

- Strong commercial acumen with prior P&L responsibility preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, repair cycles, and after-sales service economics.

- Excellent project and vendor management abilities with on-ground operational execution. Strategic mindset with hands-on capability to scale early-stage businesses.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
