Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Pharma (Contract to Hire)

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Job Summary:

Responsible for endto-end recruitment for Pharma Sales & Marketing roles, ensuring timely, highquality hiring for business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage fullcycle recruitment for Pharma Sales, Medical Representatives (MR), Brand/Marketing, and Product Management roles.

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and databases.

- Conduct initial evaluations and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Pharma talent.

- Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and smooth onboarding.

- Maintain recruitment dashboards, SLAs, and weekly hiring reports.

- Ensure compliance with Pharma industry hiring standards and company policies.

MustHave Skills:
