Specialist - Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our internal recruitment function.
This role is crucial to building the high-caliber team required to support our executive search services.
You will be the champion of our internal employer brand and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to bring top talent into Leaders Access.

Key Responsibilities:
- As our internal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all roles within Leaders Access:
- Full-Life Cycle Recruiting: Own and execute the entire recruitment process, from requisition creation and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract high-potential candidates for various internal roles (e.g., Researchers, Consultants, support staff).
- Candidate Management: Conduct thorough screening, insightful interviews, and meticulous evaluation of candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate effectively with our leadership team and hiring managers to deeply understand recruitment needs, define role profiles, and execute comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Employer Branding: Champion and execute employer branding strategies to enhance our visibility and reputation as an employer of choice in the executive search industry.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for frequently filled and critical future roles.
- Process Excellence: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensure a positive candidate experience, and adherence to all hiring regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Proven 2+ years of professional experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring, preferably within the HR, staffing, or talent acquisition industry.
- Core Competencies: Demonstrated skills in Interviewing, Recruiting, and deploying effective Employer Branding strategies.
- Communication: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills with a meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
