
We are looking for a skilled Social Media Specialist with hands-on experience managing both organic and paid social media activities, specifically for eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate should be able to handle content planning, campaign execution, community engagement, basic analytics, and paid social optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Social Media Management (Meta & LinkedIn):
- Set up, run, and monitor paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) & LinkedIn Ads.
- Create and test ads, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Track campaign performance and suggest optimizations to improve ROAS and conversions.
- Coordinate with creative teams for paid ad creatives (images, videos, reels, carousel).
- Support audience segmentation for retargeting and prospecting campaigns.
- Manage daily budgets and ensure efficient spending.
2. Organic Social Media Management:
- Build and execute monthly social media content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
- Draft captions, create basic creative briefs, and schedule posts.
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, product focus, and marketing strategy.
- Engage with followers: respond to messages, comments, reviews, and queries.
- Track organic engagement trends and recommend improvements.
- Support influencer outreach and collaborations when required.
3. Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for both paid and organic social channels.
- Analyze engagement, reach, conversions, and audience behavior.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Monitor competitor social media activity across platforms.
4. Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, content writers, PPC team, SEO team, and product teams.
- Collaborate with external partners or agencies when needed.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in both paid and organic social media.
- Proven ability to run Meta & LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Experience working with eCommerce brands (preferred).
- Strong understanding of ad metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, impressions, frequency, etc.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics or other analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in social media, ad formats, and platform updates.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field.
