Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Specialist (Saas) with strong expertise in building and executing marketing strategies for SaaS and digital products.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the online marketing landscape, the ability to plan and manage end-to-end digital campaigns, and the strategic acumen to drive adoption and sales across multiple products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple SaaS and digital products across industries.
- Plan, manage, and monitor online lead generation campaigns through paid, organic, and partner channels.
- Build and manage marketing funnels and sales enablement workflows for B2B SaaS products.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing efforts ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and generate regular reports and insights for leadership.
- Work with design, content, and technical teams to enhance web presence and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, SaaS growth strategies, and digital analytics tools.
- Contribute to brand positioning and content planning to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital or online marketing, preferably in SaaS / B2B technology products.
- Proven experience in creating and executing digital marketing strategies for product-based companies.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, digital advertising, and marketing analytics (without needing to implement them technically).
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and achieve measurable growth.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in multi-product marketing or product portfolio management.
- Exposure to SaaS lifecycle marketing, customer onboarding campaigns, and churn reduction initiatives.
- Familiarity with automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, or Marketo).
- Understanding of B2B content strategies and partner-led marketing.
- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Growth Marketing.
