Were seeking a Global Performance Marketing Specialist to own strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and YouTubetargeting the UK, USA, India, and Germany. In this role, youll manage a multi-million dollar ad budget, drive customer acquisition, and optimize customer lifetime value. Key Responsibilities Global Campaign Ownership: - Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube. Optimization & Scaling: - Continuously test and refine creatives, audiences, and placements to drive efficient spend and maximize ROAS. Creative Collaboration: - Analyze ad performance and translate insights into actionable creative briefs for design and content teams. Data & Attribution: - Integrate and manage tools like Shopify Plus, Triple Whale, GA4, Meta Events Manager, and UTMs to accurately track performance and revenue attribution. Regional Growth Strategy: - Tailor paid strategies for key marketsUK, USA, Indialeveraging local consumer behavior and platform trends. Technical Implementation: - Ensure seamless setup and quality of tracking infrastructurePixel, CAPI, Google Merchant Center, YouTube Tags, and product feeds. Requirements - 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta, Google, and YouTube ad campaigns (preferably in DTC beauty or wellness sectors). - Expertise in Shopify Plus and understanding of performance attribution setup. - Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, YouTube Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and UTM strategy. - Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data for creative and strategic decisions. - Experience working across multiple international markets with an understanding of localization best practices. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience scaling campaigns in the Indian market. - Knowledge of TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest ads, or other emerging paid channels. - Experience with advanced attribution tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Wicked Reports. - Exposure to influencer-led campaigns or paid UGC (User-Generated Content) strategies.
