Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical PMS Specialist to lead and manage our performance management processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a strong academic background from a premium institute, and a proven track record in driving performance initiatives in a structured and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS)

- Drive performance review cycles (mid-year and annual) ensuring timely execution and compliance

- Collaborate with Business Heads and HRBPs to align KPIs and individual goals with business objectives

- Analyze performance data and prepare dashboards for senior leadership

- Provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement and capability building

- Ensure fairness and transparency in rating and feedback mechanisms

- Benchmark performance practices and recommend improvements based on industry best practices

- Facilitate workshops and training on performance management and feedback culture

Key Requirements:

- Full time MBA in HR or related field

- Min 3 years of experience in handling performance management processes in reputed companies

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; proficiency in Excel and HRMS systems

- Good understanding of PMS methodologies like OKRs, Balanced Scorecards, Bell Curve, etc.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Background:

- Experience in structured organizations with mature HR practices

- Exposure to digital performance tools (SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Workday, etc.)
