The role is responsible for the end-to-end design, governance, and execution of Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and stock-based incentive programs for senior leadership. This includes plan design, simulations, leadership presentations, rollout, assessments, and payouts, in close partnership with CXOs, CEO office, Finance, and the Remuneration Committee.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design, review, and govern Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and stock-based incentive plans aligned to market benchmarks and leadership needs
- Build financial simulations and present recommendations to CXOs and the Remuneration Committee
- Own end-to-end rollout, assessment, and payout of LTI programs, including mid-year and year-end cycles
- Manage ESOP / RSU / SAR programs covering grants, vesting, exercise, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with CEO Office and Finance on audits, provisioning, and reconciliation
- Act as the single point of contact for leadership stakeholders on incentive programs
- Drive system automation and application management for LTI and stock plans
- Handle BAU operations along with ad-hoc analytical and project requirements
This role will best suit candidates who:
- Have 5-10 years of experience in LTI design, executive compensation, or stock-based incentives
- Have independently designed and implemented leadership incentive programs
- Are comfortable influencing and presenting to CXOs, business heads, and remuneration committees
- Possess strong knowledge of Indian regulations governing stock-based compensation
- Bring strong analytical capability, numerical strength, and financial modeling skills
- Are confident managing complex stakeholder conversations and ambiguity
