In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to strengthen employee experience, drive engagement programs, and support core HR operations for assigned teams. Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement & Experience (Primary Focus) - Design, implement, and track engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and employee needs. - Drive pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders on actionable improvements. - Organize events, celebrations, wellness programs, and other cultural activities across teams. - Partner to align engagement with learning and development goals. - Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business units on people-related matters. - Work with managers to resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues. - Support organizational changes, team restructuring, or role transitions. HR Operations & Support - Support onboarding and offboarding experience for employees in your aligned teams. - Partner with internal HR teams on performance reviews, policy awareness, and recognition programs. - Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements.
