
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customer accounts
- Drive new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell SOTI's solutions within existing accounts
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Understand customer business needs and position SOTI solutions as strategic value drivers
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and SOTI product offerings
- Represent SOTI with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise technology sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong experience in account management, business development, and consultative selling
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling SaaS, mobility management, or enterprise software solutions
- Experience working with global or large enterprise customers
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM), IoT, or related technologies
