
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager IT Product Sales to manage and grow enterprise and mid-market accounts in the Hyderabad territory.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling IT products and solutions, including software, cloud, hardware, and security offerings, and must have hands-on experience working with OEMs and principals such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, and leading security vendors.
- The role requires strong relationship management, solution selling skills, and the ability to drive revenue through both existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers within the Hyderabad territory.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, opportunity qualification, solution presentation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Sell a wide range of IT solutions including: Cloud solutions (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) Software licenses and subscriptions Hardware and infrastructure solutions
- Cybersecurity and security products Managed services and professional services around sold products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and procurement teams.
- Work closely with OEMs / principals such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, and security vendors to develop joint go-to-market strategies and close deals.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Understand customer business needs and propose suitable technology solutions aligned with their IT and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, delivery, finance, and support) to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in cloud, software, and security domains.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets, gross margin goals, and strategic KPIs.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 5- 10 years of experience in IT product and solution sales. Proven experience handling customers in the Hyderabad market.
- Strong experience in selling software, cloud, hardware, security, or IT services.
- Hands-on exposure to cloud sales including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience working directly with OEMs / principals such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, and security product vendors.
- Strong understanding of software licensing models, cloud consumption models, and IT services selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions in a business-friendly manner.
- Strong customer relationship management and account growth mindset.
