We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team! What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in the promotional products industry (preferred).
- Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and basic business math proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end coordination of multiple client projects with varying priorities, budgets, and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
- Develop a strong understanding of promotional product production methods, materials, branding techniques, and customization options.
- Educate clients on order processes, artwork approvals, quality expectations, and production/delivery timelines.
- Ensure projects meet internal profitability targets while delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team on proposals, pricing, product recommendations, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review proofs, samples, and production details to ensure accuracy before client approval.
- Track project status closely, identify risks or delays, and proactively resolve issues to keep orders on schedule.
- Provide top-tier client service across email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Maintain accurate documentation, order history, and communication logs using CRM or project management tools.
- Support post-order activities such as follow-ups, issue resolution, and identifying upsell or repeat business opportunities.
