Solutions Analyst - Wealth Management/Mortgage

Job Responsibilities :

- Partner with Mortgage Specialists to manage the end-to-end mortgage pipeline, including but not limited to : submitting applications, amendments, collect material information for processing and underwriting and provide post funding support.

- Respond to all inquiries on any and all applications in pipeline promptly.

- Ensure all service-level agreement processes and deadlines are met in compliance and within the code of conduct

- Coordinate with Mortgage Operations to ensure all requirements for home owner's insurance, title contacts, ownership structure, power of attorney and legal entity documents are accurately completed in a timely manner.

- Support the underwriting development process by researching and answering underwriting inquiries

- Own and operate the mortgage pipeline independently

- Assist in portfolio maintenance by monitoring covenants, insurance renewals, maturing loans, and general client inquiries

- Partner with senior Mortgage Specialists, Client Advisors and Lending Solutions on all residential real estate transactions or queries

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
