Role Overview:

The Team Lead Field Sales (B2C) will be responsible for leading and managing a field sales team to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong field execution, and the ability to close B2C solar sales while ensuring high team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives.

- Drive B2C sales through customer visits, site assessments, and deal closures.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Identify and develop new sales channels and local business opportunities.

- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training as required.

- Ensure adherence to company processes, pricing, and customer experience standards.

- Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Education: MBA / B.Tech / M.Tech (preferred).

Experience:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in team handling, and

- 5 to 6 years of hands-on B2C field sales experience (solar/real estate/telecom preferred).

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to manage field teams and close high-value B2C deals.

- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
