Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead - Inside Sales to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead a group of inside sales executives, ensuring achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. You will act as a bridge between management and the sales team, driving execution while mentoring and motivating team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve individual and team KPIs.

- Oversee daily activities including lead qualification, call volumes, and meeting scheduling.

- Monitor performance metrics, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to enhance sales techniques and objection handling.

- Collaborate with Sales Managers to address process inefficiencies and drive improvements.

- Ensure accurate CRM usage and data-driven decision-making across the team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- MBA and B.Tech/M.Tech degree.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Inside Sales with proven team leadership skills.

- Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales.

- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, solve problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
