Your Mission:
- Own the CRM & Revenue Systems
- Architect the end-to-end sales funnel and stages(Lead Booking Installation)
- Drive Conversion, Velocity, and Market Share through Systems
- Eliminate inefficiencies through Automation
- Program manages across Sales, Product, and Tech
- Turn data into sharp revenue decisions
- If the funnel leaks, you fix it, or if the system slows growth, you rebuild it.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 to 8 years in CRM / Revenue Ops / Program Management
- Deep understanding of Sales funnels & Conversion math
- Strong technical orientation and worked with Product & Engineering teams
- Expert in Data visualisation tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc
- Structured thinker, Problem solver, High ownership, Growth mindset
- IIT / NIT / IIIT / IIM / Tier-1 pedigree
- This is not a coordination or reporting role, but to Build + Fix + Scale the Pre/Inside Sales Engine role!
