- We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven SEO Manager to take ownership of our organic growth efforts.

- This role will focus on implementing SEO strategies that improve search engine visibility, grow high-quality traffic, and increase lead conversion across web properties.

- The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building, as well as working with product and dev teams to deliver scalable growth improvements.

Key Responsibilities.

SEO Strategy & Execution:

- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

- Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics-organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.

On-Page Optimization:

- Optimize content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure for improved visibility.

- Work closely with content writers to ensure keyword relevance and SEO-friendly formatting.

- Maintain SEO hygiene across all pages and templates (category, product, blog, etc.

Technical SEO:

- Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices around speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, and mobile UX.

- Monitor and resolve crawl errors, broken links, redirects, and sitemap issues using tools like GSC, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.

Link-Building & Off-Page SEO:

- Develop and implement ethical link-building strategies to increase domain authority.

- Identify and pursue PR and guest posting opportunities.

- Monitor backlink profile and manage toxic link disavowals.

Content Collaboration:

- Support content planning with SEO-driven topic research and intent analysis.

- Help create and maintain content calendars for blog, landing pages, and educational content.

Tools & Reporting:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.

- Prepare monthly SEO performance dashboards and share insights with stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO trends.

- Hands-on expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.

- Experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing fixes.

- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and content teams.

- Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of data visualization and reporting.

- Familiarity with CMS systems like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.

- 4-7 years of SEO experience (in-house or agency).

- Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and ranking improvements.

- Experience in fast-paced startups, e-commerce, or D2C brands preferred.
