Manager - Client Solutions
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for key enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients at all levels (CXOs, Directors, Managers).
- Conduct regular business reviews, QBRs, and strategic discussions to track goals and performance.
- Proactively identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Understand client objectives and translate them into tailored solutions, proposals, and workflows.
- Lead discovery sessions to gather business requirements and map them to internal capabilities.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and operations teams to execute solutions with high quality.
- Oversee end-to-end deliveryensuring timelines, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently met.
Account Growth & Revenue Management
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Work with the sales team to craft scalable commercial proposals and solution packages.
- Identify areas to expand client adoption and deepen platform utilization.
- Track account performance, revenue forecasts, and pipeline opportunities.
Project & Performance Management
- Own project plans, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Monitor campaign performance, product usage, and operational metrics.
- Conduct performance reviews, optimizations, and ROI analysis for client solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues, escalations, and operational roadblocks.
Insights & Strategic Consulting
- Analyze client data to derive insights, identify gaps, and recommend actionable strategies.
- Prepare and present business reviews, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to advise clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product teams by sharing client insights for roadmap prioritization.
- Coordinate with marketing for case studies, success stories, and co-branded initiatives.
- Work with operations and support teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Align with finance teams on billing, invoicing, and account profitability
