Role Overview:

The Recruitment Head for Blue Collar Hiring will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for our frontline workforce across Mumbai and Pune. This role involves managing high-volume recruitment cycles, ensuring seamless workforce planning, and maintaining strict adherence to labour laws and compliance standards. You will work closely with regional operations heads, site managers, and HR business partners to ensure that our service delivery teams are fully staffed with high-quality talent. Your impact will be measured by your ability to optimize recruitment costs, reduce time-to-hire, and build a sustainable pipeline of frontline staff that supports the company's large-scale service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet the aggressive staffing requirements of our facilities management and food services divisions.

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of blue-collar hiring, from sourcing and screening to final onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

- Implement robust workforce planning models to forecast hiring needs based on site-specific operational demands and business growth.

- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory labour laws, state-specific regulations, and internal HR policies across all recruitment activities.

- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, staffing agencies, and local sourcing partners to maintain a consistent flow of talent in Mumbai and Pune.

- Drive HR operations and process improvements to enhance the efficiency of onboarding and documentation for a large, distributed workforce.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership regarding talent availability and cost-to-hire.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, high-volume recruitment operations within the services, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.

- Deep understanding of Indian labour laws, contract labour regulations, and statutory compliance requirements relevant to blue-collar employment.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor large, geographically dispersed recruitment teams while maintaining high performance standards.

- Strong analytical skills to manage workforce planning, budget allocation, and recruitment reporting.

- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence operations leaders and navigate complex organizational structures.

- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages to effectively engage with diverse candidate pools and internal teams.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed institute is preferred.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel between Mumbai and Pune as required by business operations.
