- We are seeking a visionary Social Media Strategist to shape and drive the digital voice of a leading retail/lifestyle brand. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, cultural relevance, data-driven strategy, and creative excellence.

- The ideal candidate brings deep experience from creative or social media agencies, with a proven ability to craft impactful strategies that translate into high-performing content, campaigns, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.

- Build strong, differentiated brand voice, narrative, and positioning across social platforms.

- Translate brand DNA into culturally relevant, audience-first content frameworks.

- Lead end-to-end planning for content calendars, campaign concepts, and launch strategies.

- Partner with creative teams to develop high-impact, award-worthy content ideas.

- Drive seasonal, tactical, and always-on campaign strategies.

- Data, Insights & Optimization

- Leverage analytics, social listening, and trend insights to continuously refine strategy.

- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, growth, sentiment, and ROI.

- Present strategic insights and performance narratives to internal and client stakeholders.

- Design and lead influencer, creator, and community engagement strategies.

- Identify partnerships that enhance brand relevance and digital credibility.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with creative, media, brand, and performance marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.

- Mentor junior strategists and content leads where applicable.

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Background:

- 3-4 years of experience in social media strategy, preferably from a creative or social media agency.

- Proven track record managing and growing high-profile brand accounts, especially in retail, lifestyle, fashion, or FMCG.
