Role Overview

We're seeking a Social Media Manager with 3-5 years' experience to craft and execute a compelling social media strategy that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, employer branding, and qualified lead generation.

Experience in startups or staffing firms is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with hiring, employer branding, and business objectives.

- Design a content calendar spanning LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc focused on recruitment campaigns, thought leadership, and culture.

- Create engaging multimedia content-texts, visuals, videos, Reels, Stories-aligned with brand voice.

- Manage community engagement-respond to comments, inquiries, and messages daily.

- Monitor KPIs (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth) and refine strategy based on data.

- Collaborate with recruitment marketing, HR, and operations teams to amplify employer brand.

- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.

- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI.

- Prepare monthly analytics reports and actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years in social media management (ideal in B2B, recruitment, staffing, HR- tech, or startup environments).

- Proven skills in using analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.

- Strong content creation-copywriting, graphic design, visual storytelling, video basics (Canva, Adobe Suite).

- Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

- Organized, creative, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple channels.

- Preferred (Nice-to-Have).

- Startup or staffing/recruitment agency background.

- Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience.

- Familiarity with Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.

- Short- form video editing (Reels, Shorts) experience.
